Removal Of Noncurrent Commercial Speech Signs
Any Commercial Speech Sign now or hereafter existing which no longer proposes a current commercial transaction shall be removed within ten days after written notification from the City. Upon failure to comply with such notice within the specified time, the City is hereby authorized to cause removal of such sign and any expenses incident thereto shall be paid by the Plot owner of the building or structure to which said Sign is attached
Sign Maintenance Requirements
All Signs, including their supports, braces, guys and anchors, electrical parts and lighting fixtures, and all painted and display areas, shall be maintained in accordance with the building and electrical codes adopted by the City, and shall be free of rust, broken parts, mildew, damage, peeling or faded paint, or any other deficiency that must be corrected to ensure a like new appearance at all times
